A phase 1/2 study of REGN4018 (a MUC16xCD3 bispecific antibody) administered alone or in combination with cemiplimab in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer

Doelgroep

Patiënten met platinum-experienced en/of platinum-intolerant ovarium, eileider of primaire peritoneale kanker met verhoogde (≥ 2x bovengrens van normaal) serum CA-125-waarden.

Onderzoeksopzet

• Fase I/II studie
• Interventie: IV toediening van REGN4018 met of zonder cemiplimab 350 mg IV Q3
• Fase I monotherapie expansie cohort: REGN4018 als monotherapie Q6W
  • Gerandomiseerd fase II expansiecohort:
    • REGN4018 als monotherapie Q3W 250 mg
    • REGN4018 als monotherapie Q3W 800 mg
    • REGN4018 als combinatietherapie Q3W 250 mg met cemiplimab
